input is still evolving. initially created as a midterm assignment, it has developed into a final project that will continue to live beyond the duration of the class in which it began, dynamic web development taught by chris sung.

the overall concept remains the same: input data from a browser to a database for personal satisfaction and organization, but also expand to include social elements and several modules of varying data types. updates have not been documented perfectly, but they include the following points.

updated database visuals can be found by clicking people, images, sneaker, list.

thanks for you time and interest.

input is evolving. in order to achieve its aim as a midterm assignment, it demonstrates the following:

at this point, input could appeal to sneakerheads (i.e. those who collect and obsess over shoes of the athletic/fashionable persuasion) and perhaps others who are learning php/sql. users can register a basic profile, login, view their information, send emails, store data pertaining to a sneaker collection, and last but not least, vote for the their favorite sneaker. while the main draw to the site is admittedly minimal, the bare bones framework leaves plenty of room for growth.

added features will likely include uploading an image for any user and any sneaker, a reigning sneaker champion, and a wall for sneakerhead tagging and/or trash talking. further, the site will expand to include other topics and interest. the next two input modules will allow users to plug in with their favorite recipes and itp projects.

please see below a couple screenshots of the current database architecture here and here.
